DOM Synopsis

 ·      Dancers of Melbourne is a project that aims to capture a series of fun, studio or outdoor TFP photo-shoots around Melbourne eg, laneways, parks, derelict buildings, beaches and regional areas with dancers, especially those with a strong ballet background

·      This collaborative project showcases the dancer’s ability in a non-dance performance environment and shows that whilst the dancer is an ordinary person, they can do extraordinary things through their years of dedication, practice and passion

·      I feel privileged to photograph these talented dancers, to watch how they move and to work with them to capture some images that tell their story

Images may be used for

·      The dancer’s portfolio and promotion on social media

·      A possible future exhibition of ‘Dancers of Melbourne’

·      A beautiful book I’m thinking of doing on ‘Dancers of Melbourne’
